Roman Klott holds a real estate management degree and gained professional experience in real estate marketing, management and financing throughout several posts in major German real estate companies.
Answering on the growing demand for professional real estate services in Serbia and neighbouring countries, he established Atrium Consulting in 2004. During the previous 7 years he was in charge for the commercialization several major real estate projects in the region. Roman Klott is in charge for the development of Atrium Consulting into a leading regional real estate advisory and property management firm. Recently, he opened offices in Vienna, Sofia and Bratislava.
Roman Klott was elected a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2010.
Martin Elezovic manages the Belgrade office Facility and Property Management departments, including in-house Cleaning, Caretaking and Technical Maintenance teams. He is managing 45.000 m2 of A-Class office space.
Martin Elezovic worked previously as Building Energy Consultant with more than eight years’ experience in the design, building auditing and performance modelling of energy efficient buildings, renewable energy systems and green buildings. He has provided consulting services for a wide range of health commercial, residential, and spots facilities projects in Serbia, UK, UEA, Botswana, Poland etc.
Martin Elezovic holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in HVAC field from the University of Belgrade.
Dragan Bjeličić is in charge for the sector sanitary maintenance of facilities which currently covers about 30,000 square meters. He is also responsible for attracting new clients, conclusion and implementation of the contract as well as to maintain communication with existing clients.
Dragan Bjeličić is a graduate technician who has gained a wealth of experience working in various types of maintenance of office buildings A category, as well as in the conduct of commercial transactions. He speaks English, and is very professional and dedicated to clients and his work.
Ljubomir Đurin is a building systems professional with over 12 years of experience specializing in Technical systems management for international facility and property management companies who can implement effective maintenance strategies at local and global levels.Consummate facility maintenance specialist who ensures smooth facility maintenance procedures by overseeing a dedicated qualified staff with technical systems portfolio spread through more than 160.000 sqm. Adept at maintaining, inspecting and repairing commercial and retail equipment and systems. Specialize in applying hands-on maintenance and repair knowledge to provide prompt quality work.
He is also able to coordinate and implement the commission process by working as a commissioning agent and ensure resources and systems are working in a planned manner so that the projects are finished in a timely manner, within budget and meet quality.
Ljubmir Đurin holds a M.Sc. in Technical Systems Engineering major from the University of Novi Sad.
